The poster presentation entitled “Epitaxial growth and electronic states of zirconium oxynitride thin films” by Mr. Miyazaki received the Outstanding Poster Prize at 32nd International Workshop on Oxide Electronics (iWOE32) held in Sendai from September 27 to 30.
